A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Worcester based heating and hot water appliance manufacturer who are looking for Customer Service Advisors on a full and part time basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor the main focus of your role will be to represent the company through delivering world class customer service.

In order to succeed in this role you will need the following qualities, skills and experience:-
- Dealing with queries and issues.
- Handling complaints on the odd occasion and dealing with it in the appropriate way.
- Proven track record of customer service experience is essential.
- Previous contact centre telephone experience is desirable.

In return my client is able to offer full training.

Positions are on a long term temporary basis with a competitive salary of £7.00 p/hr increasing to £7.21 p/hr after 12 weeks, with a possibility of permanent positions being offered where your salary can slightly be increased.

Hours available are 20 - 40 hours per week.
