Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Ensuring effective customer segmentation by registering customers on the Golden App.
Supporting Store Managers in supervising daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, security measures, returns, and cash handling.
Contributing to inventory accuracy by monitoring stock, placing replenishment orders, and managing product replenishment processes.
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager.
Well-versed in the luxury goods industry with a comprehensive understanding of brand development and fashion trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service and results-oriented.
Proactive, with a keen focus on image and attention to detail.
