Our CGP Recruitment Thailand is partnering with a large global FMCG company to search for a high-caliber Total Reward Lead to join their team.

Position: Total Reward Lead (300K+)


Job scope: The pivotal responsibility of the Total Reward Lead lies in formulating, executing, and overseeing compensation and benefits programs for company employees. This role is integral in ensuring that the company's reward strategies remain competitive, aligned with business objectives, and in accordance with local regulations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Business collaboration for reward strategy and initiatives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and key stakeholders on all matters related to compensation and benefits.
    • Offer advisory expertise on reward principles for Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, striking a balance between local specifics and global guidelines.
    • Design a country-specific reward roadmap and provide recommendations for the country's reward strategy and initiatives.
  • Formulation, review, and implementation of Benefit Policies (including Pension/Retirement plans)
    • Collaborate closely with procurement and in-house medical consultants on all aspects of medical and insurance-related benefits.
    • Oversee the execution and ongoing management of benefit plans in Thailand, such as Flex Benefits and Provident Fund.
  • Conducting and leading market intelligence analysis through salary benchmarking.
    • Manage external providers
    • Understand the organization's structure and roles.
    • Conduct accurate job mapping/matching for input in survey data collection.
    • Update/review cost-to-company overheads.
    • Prepare a salary projection template.
    • Develop and propose new pay scales and salary increase budget ranges.
  • Advising HRBPs on job evaluation exercises while ensuring internal equity across Business Units
    • Address role expansions, promotions, and organizational structure changes.
  • Completing the reward management pay review cycle and implementing reward differentiation.
    • Lead and execute the Pay Review process.
    • Validate data within the Annual Pay Review with each business.
    • Collaborate closely with HRBPs to ensure completion of proposals for merit increases and Variable Pay Awards
  • Leading and cascading reward communications sessions to employees (periodical reward cascade sessions)
    • Conduct sessions during events such as Reward & Benefits Week, People Week, etc.
    • Provide Reward fundamental sessions for new employees
    • Facilitate sessions related to Pay Review.
  • Providing technical expertise to assist as needed in the Global Agile Squad.
 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related filed.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in total reward from global companies.
  • The candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and relationship-building abilities, coupled with a keen analytical eye for detail.
  • Proficient in handling various tools, the individual should exhibit strong analytical and project management skills.
  • A high level of problem-solving capability is essential for this role, as decisions made must ensure fairness for both the business and individuals. Collaborating across diverse the business demands a nuanced understanding to maintain consistent and equitable reward practices, while remaining adaptable to the evolving business landscape.
  • The role involves a significant degree of change management. The incumbent will lead changes through continuous and effective communication with key stakeholders, including the local HR team, as well as the global and regional reward teams.
  • Building an extensive external reward network and staying updated on market intelligence are crucial aspects of the role.
  • Fast response, well organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English both written & spoken and computer literate.
