The SAP Project Manager oversees Optimus Project Rollouts in Thailand, managing SAP projects to meet business goals within set timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, team leadership, quality assurance, risk management, change management, and training. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Optimus Project Rollouts in Thailand, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinating activities and monitoring progress.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives and communicate updates effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring quality deliverables and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate change management activities and deliver training programs to promote user adoption of SAP solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience, including Global Roll-out implementation; consulting firm experience desirable.
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in Thai and English communication.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
