  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitive trends.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms, ensuring all initiatives are cohesive, impactful, and on-brand.
  • Maintain and strengthen  brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials and content that reflect the brand’s image and values.
  • Direct the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, utilizing analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience, implementing strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets, negotiating and managing contracts with external vendors and agencies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Fluent in business English and Thai, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
