Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, evaluate effectiveness, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain compliant compensation and benefits policies.
  • Job Evaluation: Conduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Data Management: Manage compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Communication: Clearly communicate compensation and benefits information to employees.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 
  • Experience: 5-7 years in compensation and benefits management.
  • Skills: Analytical, communication, HRIS proficiency, and knowledge of regulations.
