Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the brand portfolio's P&L and EBIT.
  • Direct all brand-related functions, including sales, operations, marketing, CRM, product sourcing, strategy, visual merchandising, stock management, and business expansion, ensuring alignment with brand principles.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans, policies, and strategies for brand and product management, fostering collaboration across relevant departments.
  • Strategize and supervise all product and marketing activities, establishing brand style, vision, and value propositions to meet brand goals.
  • Formulate product strategies and tactics to optimize market positioning.
  • Support product development efforts, including pricing, brand positioning, and product launches to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, sales forecasts, and financial reports to enhance brand and product management effectiveness.
  • Drive the application of an omnichannel retail concept within the brand to boost productivity and sales growth.
  • Forecast, monitor, and evaluate sales, promotions, and inventory performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Principle.
  • Establish and manage KPIs to meet budget targets, including sales, margin, inventory, markdown costs, staff costs, and OTB budget.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience with team management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in research and data analysis.
  • Creative, innovative, and business-minded with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Skilled in budget management.
