Lead the strategic, operational, and innovative direction of global infrastructure products, ensuring alignment with the broader digital technology goals. This role is critical in providing a secure, reliable, and resilient technology foundation to enable seamless digital transformation efforts.

- Define and align global infrastructure strategies with organizational goals, driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Oversee global infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) adoption.
- Champion emerging technologies and innovation to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure services meet business needs and drive digital transformation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, delivering regular updates on progress and achievements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years in senior leadership roles, with proven success in digital infrastructure transformations.
- Expertise in strategic planning, cloud services, network architecture, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS).
- Strong track record in change management, process re-engineering, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in leadership or change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Professional).
- Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
- Good Thai and English communication skills
