- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with global strategy and APAC business objectives.
- Manage marketing mix elements: pricing, product portfolio, channels, communication, and promotions.
- Craft consumer/customer value propositions using insights to address B2C and B2B needs uniquely.
- Collaborate with global and local teams on Customer Value Propositions (CVP) and brand development.
- Support key customer prospecting and tender processes.
- Optimize value creation by balancing volume, unit margin, and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Drive premium product growth through strategic marketing initiatives and sales/distributor enablement.
- Oversee product compliance and lifecycle management with supply chain and regulatory teams.
- Lead impactful marketing campaigns, including media strategy, promotions, and ROI assessments.
- Coach and train marketing teams and provide support to sales teams in Thailand.
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure accurate demand forecasting and seamless customer delivery.
- Maintain competitive and efficient Customer Value Propositions, ensuring marketing synergies and timely execution to meet business goals.
What we need from you
ฺฺ- Proven experience in leading and developing teams to drive results across the value chain.
- Academic background in Marketing, Business, or Communication (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing or sales roles.
- Strong expertise in commercial leadership and business transformation.
- Familiarity with FMCG environments is an advantage.
