Demonstrated ability to produce written documentation for a non-technical audience including business process maps, user stories and logical data models/entity relationship models.
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality written documentation for technical, project and development staff including: use cases, functional requirement specifications, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and translate business requirements to technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop quality specifications for complex ICT systems, business intelligence and analytical products including bespoke, off-the-shelf and cloud based software business solutions.
Strong understanding of business intelligence, data visualisation, reporting, data analytical and big data concepts.
Recent experience in project and solution delivery using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or equivalent (JIRA, Git etc.) for managing requirements.
Technical systems and data analysis skills including: SQL querying, performing data analysis and modelling, business intelligence (reporting, dashboards etc.) analysis and design.
Experience with Microsoft BI products like Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
