This well-established Australian company is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their exceptional and driven team.  Based in South West Sydney it is easily accessible located close to main arterial roads with ample parking on site. The position is a minimum 8 month temporary assignment with a view to extend, working a 5 day week SCHOOL HOURS.

Working within a strong HR Team and supporting the greater business your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Support and implementation of key policies and procedures
  • Coordinate established end to end recruitment processes
  • Manage the induction program for new staff members
  • Play an important part of performance reviews, exit interviews and documenting relevant information into internal HR management system
  • Putting together job descriptions
  • Processing payroll for all staff members
  • Generating reports such as safety, workers compensation, Lost time injury and performance analysis
  • Investigating Workplace incidents and accidents
  • Administration assistance where required
In order for you to be successful for the position you must:
  • Proven previous experience in a similar position
  • TAFE or University qualification
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with Micro Pay / Sage highly desirable but not essential
  • Adhere to strict deadlines, multi task and prioritise
  • Own transport a must
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including PowerPoint
  • Team orientated
  • Must be able to start immediately
