Ignite are working with a large federal government department who are seeking a Fraud and Compliance Education and Awareness Officer with experience in delivering the operational aspects of Fraud & Compliance programs. Initial 12 months contract with possibility for extensions.
You will improve awareness in relation to identity fraud, fraud enablers, non-compliance including misuse of funding, error, conflicts of interest as well as corruption.
The role will require you to research and recommend best practises, suitable techniques, software and tools.
To be successful in this role you will be able to:
- Have experience working in this space within the government
- Capture opportunities and prevent, detect and respond to fraud threats
- Support the Fraud & Compliance Strategy and Prevention team in its delivery of agreed strategies and priorities
