Trainer - Early Childhood Intervention - APS6 (BH-352744)

$48.00 to $51.50 per hour

In this role you will work as part of the training team in building the capacity of Early Childhood Partners to deliver the Early Childhood Intervention approach across Australia for a large Federal Government Agency.  This is an initial 12 month contract with possibility of further extensions, located in Geelong.

To be effective in this role you will have experience
  • Delivery of training and workshops
  • Build the capacity of Early Childhood Partners and staff across the service delivery network
  • Assist with continuous improvement for training, workshops and learning and development
  • Support the delivery of presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Skills and Personal Attributes
  • Strong and adaptable communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work closely with family/carers
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions
  • Ability to provide a mentor role for staff 
  • Knowledge in early childhood development and/or early childhood intervention
  • Early childhood development or allied health qualifications
