Requirement: Australian Citizen with current Baseline clearance
Seeking experienced Service Desk Analyst with different levels of experience for one of our government client.
- Responding to emails and phone calls submitted for incidents and requests to the Service Desk in a timely manner.
- Providing advice and onsite/desktop support to the client and users, including device and AV/VC assistance.
- Follow standard procedures and processes for incident management and service requests through to resolution.
- Contribute to the development and update of Standard Operating Procedures and processes to support the DTSB and CSD in supporting all users.
- Under general direction, undertake tasks to provide a great end user experience.
