Have you got experience with challenging behaviours? Do you want to make a positive difference to children's wellbeing and development?

An SEMH school in the Telford area is looking for "Support Mentors".

The children they are looking to support are those with social, emotional and mental health issues (SEMH). A lot of these students have a challenging background and are in need of some significant support to help grow their self esteem and confidence.

The school prides itself on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. They are looking for someone to be committed and enthusiastic in order to establish positive relationships with students and offer support to regulate their feelings. It is incredibly key to maintain high expectations of students to access their learning and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
