Education Recruitment Consultant - Newcastle

A superb opportunity has arisen to join Protocol Education at a great time. This branch is looking for passionate and driven individuals to compliment the team and support the growth strategy we have within the branch.  

Ideally you will have had experience in sales and/or recruitment and will be looking for the next step in your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a HOT desk that is already earning commission from day 1. The desk has an established client and candidate base ready for someone with the vision to maintain the current level of business and build it onto the next level.

As one of our consultants, you will need to provide a high level of customer service and account management while excelling at influencing and negotiating. We're always busy, so you'll need to work quickly and collaborate well with colleagues, especially during our exciting and fast-paced early morning booking sessions.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
