A Behaviour Mentor is a tailored intervention role that benefits the mainstream and SEN schools we work with. It has been designed to help pupils with behavioural problems to reach their full potential. As a behaviour mentor, your role will be helping challenging students overcome their behavioural issues, whilst acting as a role model and someone to look up to. Should you have the ability to think on your feet and stay calm whilst dealing with challenging situations, you would be very well suited to this role!

A Behaviour Mentor works on a full-time basis supporting student behaviour and learning inside and outside of the class. This is primarily a class-based position however it is very likely you will also deliver 1:1 intervention sessions at some stage in order to maintain the progress of student behaviour and learning.
