Protocol Education are currently working with a leading special needs school in Croydon, who are recruiting qualified CACHE level 3 qualified individuals, to work as HLTA's.
The role:
-Working on a 1:1 and small-group basis with special needs pupils
-3-5 days a week, from 8am to 4pm, on a long-term basis
-Assisting pupils with disabilities ranging from, challenging behaviour, SEMH, autism and so on.
Successful candidates will have:
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service
-A CACHE Level 3 qualification
-Previous experience of working in a nursery/ school setting
-Passion for working in special needs
