Your role as a Deputy Nursery Manager will consist of;

-Creating positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Managing the smooth running of the nursery
- Leading the staff team to deliver high quality practice within the nursery
- Office based duties including finances, budget control, parent enquiries, marketing and recruitment

This is a big nursery that we are very proud of and looking for a deputy manager who is as proud of it as we are, our nursery consists of 3 rooms one for toddlers, one for pre-schoolers and one for babies, we currently offer 72 places. We offer many benefits such as training programmes as well as working with lovely children. As a nursery deputy you must be a great role model for both our staff and children, there are a lot of pressure with having such a senior role so organisation is key as well as the passion.

•Based in the Hounslow area
•Nursery is open form 7.30am - 6.30pm
•Must hold Level 3 or higher childcare qualification
•Must have clear DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
