Protocol are currently supporting an outstanding 2 form entry school in their search for an experienced Receptionist to undertake administrative and clerical duties. The School is based in Muswell Hill and is well respected and recognised in the local area.

Applicants must have:
• excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to offer a professional, friendly welcome to all visitors
• a polite telephone manner, with an efficient approach to dealing with requests or issues
• ability to provide assistance with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy school office
• excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
• advanced IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office, data entry and e-mail programs
• Experience in a school office is highly preferred.

The school is looking for a team someone that can communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the existing staff. You will need to be flexible and have the necessary skills to respond efficiently to changing and sometimes unexpected work demands.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
