Protocol Education is seeking committed, reliable, passionate, proactive Learning Support Assistants in Wandsworth to work in our Special needs school for the 2019/20 academic year aged 5 to 11 years in classrooms of 8 pupils.

Our school is outstanding at providing and meeting the diverse and individual needs of their pupils who have special needs and severe learning difficulties such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and complex needs.

Candidates will need to be resilient, able to build relationships and manage challenging behaviour.

We are looking for people that are passionate about working with students with special educational needs. Even though experience is important, but not a must. If successful, you will be required to support the teacher in class, work in small groups, work one-to-one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
