One of our college's is currently seeking dedicated and proactive learning support assistant in an Outstanding Specialist College in Sutton. Currently the college is looking for multiple learning support assistants to work across different years. Students who study at the school have a wide range of needs such as profound and multiple learning disabilities and or communication and behavioural difficulties. We are looking for individuals who are committed to supporting and empowering each student to achieve their ambitions and goals, whilst developing skills to become more independent members of their community. As a teaching assistant an essential part of your role will be to safeguard and protect the welfare and wellbeing of vulnerable people.
The Role:
• Start Date, September 2019.
• Full time, Monday - Friday.
• Salary £60 - 80 per day.
The role will involve you working across multiple year groups in small groups, closely with special needs pupils and staff; on a 1:1, and group-basis, inside and outside of the classroom. You must be available to work at least 5 days a week, from 8am to 4pm.

Our only requirement is for you to have some recent, UK-based, child/support working experience!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
