Due to high demand, Protocol Education need a number of Special Educational Needs Learning Support Assistants to work 1 to 1 alongside children with a range of needs in our Primary Schools across the Bristol area on both a short and long-term basis, alongside day to day supply support workers. We are also looking ahead to the next academic year alongside the rest of the current one.

We currently work with a number of schools in Bristol who need exceptional and experienced SEN LSAs. You'll be required to work within schools where pupils may have behaviour issues, Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) amongst others. In particular we are looking for experienced workers in these areas and the following English as an Additional Language (EAL), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), MAKATON and manual handling. Any previous experience in working with SEN is preferable.

Requirements

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
