An Outstanding' school in the West London borough of Hounslow are seeking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with a child in Reception class from September.
The school benefits from friendly and welcoming environment, cultivated by supportive senior leadership and a great team of staff. In this role you will be working 1:1 with a child in Reception Class who have severe Needs, Non-Verbal
This is an incredibly important role where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference supporting a child to reach their full potential.
In this role it is essential that you have the right balance of excellent behaviour management as well as the ability to build strong and nurturing relationships. As part of the role you will be expected to take a lead on supporting students with activities and interventions in areas such as maths and literacy so it is essential that you are confident in this area, either from a strong education background or experience working in a similar setting.
Experience Supporting with early years/Reception would be an advantage as well as experience of supporting students with a range of SEND.
