We are currently recruiting for a care support assistant in a special needs secondary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who would like to upskill in the area of care work or are seeking a new career venture working in special needs. You will be working with students with Learning and Additional Needs (LAN) and some students who have language and communication difficulties. Our education facility is a thriving and vibrant learning environment where all students are challenged to work to the very best of their ability. The aim is to improve a student's long-term outcomes and their families who support them. As a care support assistant, you will strive to form an educational experience which identifies the need to support emotional wellbeing whilst ensuring that academic development is fostered.

What do I need to apply?
·A passion for care or support work.
·Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete this).
·Enthusiastic attitude towards inspiring children.
Pay: £60-£80 a day.
Location: Merstham, Surrey.
Position: Care Support Assistant.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-4pm (can be flexible for the right applicant)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
