Graduate Teaching Assistant

Have you recently graduated or are about to? Do you have an interest in working in schools or want to become a teacher but are not sure where to start? We WILL find you opportunities to get your foot in the door at these schools and help you enter the teaching profession.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will gain experience in all aspects of supporting the classroom teacher including:
• Supporting pupil's development
• working with pupils one- to -one or in small groups
• provide class support
• help plan and deliver lessons
• Liaising with parents
• Preparing the classroom

This is an excellent opportunity for those who are wanting a career in education and those wanting to gain experience to eventually train as a teacher. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
