I am currently working with a very supportive Primary School in Newham who need experienced EAL TA's to join their busy Primary School. The school is a very successful school and works closely with the student's parents and carers to ensure the best education is provided. This school is a great place to work, its positive atmosphere and enjoyable approach to learning allows everybody to work together.

As an EAL Teaching Assistant you will be supporting students who are not yet fluent in English both academically and socially to help them settle as quickly as possible. The pupil are from Romania and need someone who can speak both romanian and english to support them in lessons.

This can often be a stressful time for students and the successful applicant will need to be patient, caring and able to quickly build rapport.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
