A reputable community primary school located in Haringey has a vacancy for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), to start this October. Your main responsibility will be to float across all Key Stages; EYFS, KS1, KS2 to provide whole-class and small group support.

We are seeking someone with experience and ability to understand and deliver lesson plans. You will also cover timetabled PPA for a portion of each week and you will become a vital part of school progression plans.

Person Specification:
  • Experienced & qualified HLTA Higher Level Teaching Assistant
  • MUST have the Level 4 HLTA qualification
  • Must have previously worked as a cover supervisor
  • Literacy & numeracy intervention experience required
  • Energetic, passionate and confident in abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
