If you are you a great Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant who has experience supporting children with a range of SEND's or offering general classroom support this is the role for you!


Protocol Education are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated TAs/ LSAs who have experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are working with a large multi academy school in Redcar and Cleveland who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support students across all year groups, experience of working with students with ADHD/ASD and other SEN are essential for this role.
The school as of September will be part of a multi academy trust with a new principal who has high expectations of staff, students and the school.

The successful SEN TA/SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher and SENDCo, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.

Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD, formerly EBD)

Hearing Impairment (HI)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Multi-Sensory Impairment (MSI)
Non-Verbal Learning Difficulties (NLD)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
