Graduate SEN TA

Location: Loughbrough, Leicestershire
Pay rate: £54-75 (Paid through PAYE, no umbrella fees)

Are you a recent Graduate with a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities? If you have prior experience working with SEND pupils, either within the classroom or in another setting and live locally to Loughborough protocol would love to hear from you.

Protocol are currently working with a number of Primary schools and SEND schools in Loughborough who require a number of SEND TA's to start as soon as possible to support their pupils. The majority of these positions are long term and for the right candidate could lead to permanent employment.

The pupils you will be supporting have a range of SEND from behavioural problems, Autism, and Profound Multiple Learning disabilities (PMLD). Prior experience is therefore essential.

The ideal candidate will;

• Have prior experience working with SEND students, either in the classroom or within the wider community
• Be educated to a degree level (2:2 or above desirable)
• A degree closely related to SEN would be highly beneficial
• Enthusiastic and energetic with a real desire to make a difference to life of your students
• Be professional at all times, adhering to the relevant safeguarding procedures at all times
• Flexible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
