Early Years Inclusion Support Worker ( BG5 ) - Fixed term contract: July 2020

Passionate Early Years Educator (Qualified Level 3 Practitioner) needed in **BS4 area**

The setting boasts PHENOMINAL outdoor space that includes, forest school, outdoor kitchen (with a pizza oven), band stand and tunnels (even you will want to play in it). The indoor environment is just as exciting, big, clean, spacious rooms with a fantastic amount of resources not too overcrowded. The indoor environment really focuses on the cohorts of the children at this moment things have been stripped back to encourage language of play.

So, are you ready for this? Are you a friendly, dedicated, caring and Qualified Practitioner? We are looking for candidates that are nurturing, passionate and proactive in creating a happy, safe and secure environment for the children where they can learn and develop to reach their full potential.

The ideal qualified practitioner will be able to engage with children of all ages from 6 months Pre-school age and most importantly have a can do' attitude. You will be confident working with babies and young children and have a calm and nurturing approach.

Key responsibilities of Qualified Practitioner:

Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school
Supervise mealtimes
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children

Qualified Practitioners must have:
• Level 3 Qualification (NNEB, CACHE or NVQ).
• Experience working or in placement with children, ideally in an Early Years setting (Nursery, Pre-School, Children's Centre, Reception class)

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
