This nursery is based in the Hounslow area and are looking for a passionate practitioner who is keen and enthusiastic about working with children. This positions for a Baby Room Leader, this role is very rewarding, but requires you to be aware of the individual children's routines and able to multi task while fulfilling their needs. As the Room Leader you will be expected to implement and evaluate a plan of suitable experiences and activities for the children in your care, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children to develop. They are looking for someone who is available 5 days a week, to work shifts within the hours of 8.30 - 6.30.

You will also have to manage a team of practitioners, so will be required to support them in their development whilst devloping a team building a team who work well together in order to create a calm, happy and successful environment for the children to learn in.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
