This wonderful nursery is looking for a responsible and hardworking Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

This role would suit anyone who has a love for childcare so, if you enjoy the ins and outs of nursery work like: putting up display boards, reading to children, going on educational visits, then apply today!

Necessery Requirements:

NVQ Level 3
Basic First Aid
Experience working with young children
A great knowledge of teaching and learning strategies to meet the needs of pupils
Be committed to the safeguarding of children and young people.
A Valid DBS and be registered on the update service

Qualities which would suit the role:

Have an interest in children and childcare in particular.
Be able to formulate great bonds with both staff, parents and children within the nursery.
Be approachable and present excellent interpersonal skills.
Have good time management skills
Show flexibility and own initiative.
Maintain a level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Carry out all responsibilities of the role
Seen as a responsible figure for the nursery
Always Ensure the health and safety of the children
Contribute towards the children's daily programme
Lessons plans
Excursions
Staff training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
