An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly-rated nursery located in Watford. You have the chance to be part of a well-established and enthusiastic team of staff. The job will involve interacting with children aged 6months-4years to provide a high level of care, contributing positively towards each child's development.

This nursery requires a full-time permanent Level 3 Nursery Nurse. You will work 43 hours per week Monday-Friday with varying shifts between the nursery opening hours of 7:30am-6pm. Situated close to Watford Town Centre the nursery is easily accessible by car or public transport routes which are linked to the surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:

-Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to aid child development
-Plan and provide exceptional care, teaching and learning
-Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
-Work with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children

Skills & Experience:

-Minimum CACHE Level 3 or equivalent (NNEB BTEC National Diploma, NVQ Level 3)
-A commitment and dedication to deliver exceptional childcare
-Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
-Previous nursery or childcare experience
-Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
-Ability to record and report the individual needs of your key group of children

The position has an excellent competitive salary ranging from £20,124-£24,500 depending on level of qualification, experience and skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
