Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is Phonics trained? Protocol Education are recruiting experienced Teaching and Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools supporting pupils with Phonics.
I am currently recruiting for a phonics trained Teaching Assistant (TA) to lead intervention groups and support children with their literacy across the year groups of KS1. The role requires a TA who has experience of working in primary schools and using Jolly Phonics/ Letters & Sounds and/or RWI.
The Role
-Working alongside the Classroom Teacher in order to plan and prepare for lessons
-Managing Pupil behaviour alongside the Classroom Teacher
-Providing an engaging learning atmosphere for pupils.
The right candidate will:
- Have experience working with Phonics across all key stages.
- Have a good knowledge of the Current National Curriculum.
- Be committed to providing a stimulating learning environment for pupils
-Has enthusiasm, motivation and creativity!
