My client are currently looking for qualified Religious Education Teacher to join high achieving secondary schools located in the London Borough of Barnet.
The school is looking for someone who can plan and teach RE (and another Humanities as a secondary subject) lessons to students of KS3 & KS4, that follow the agreed departmental schemes of work and teaching guidelines.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
The successful candidate must:
- Be a qualified RE Teacher
- Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high.
- Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies.
The ideal candidate will be confident building strong rapport with pupils and hold the ability to consistently deliver 'Good' and 'Outstanding' RE lessons. Staff within this RE department hold a shared vision based on providing every pupil with the highest standard of teaching and learning to ensure they achieve above and beyond their expected grades.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
