Are you a reflective practitioner who enjoys learning about innovative approaches to teaching and learning?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a wonderful school in Ruislip for a maternity cover to start after the October half term.

The school is in a lovely quiet and leafy location in Ruislip, West London the school are a three-form entry school ensuring there is support with planning and preparation. However they need someone who is confident with the curriculum and expectations in Year 5 as the Teacher going on maternity is the more senior of the Teachers in the year group.

We are seeking someone who:

• is an excellent practitioner with a clear commitment to the highest standards of teaching and learning;
• has the ability to motivate and inspire children through their learning journey;
• has a clear understanding of the importance of ongoing, formative assessment;
• is committed to developing their skills and experience, and is keen to share these with other staff;

• works well as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
