Risk free introduction to teacher training for people interested in training as a teacher but not ready to make the commitment to leave work for studying.
Our future teacher programme offers you a chance to take full-time paid TA work in a Special Education school while taking a short course to prepare you for teacher training. This is a great course if you are thinking about a career in teaching but don't know how to get into it or need some full-time work and experience before you make a decision.
What you need to apply
·Experience working with children in the past 3 years (Voluntary welcome)
·Experience with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities)
·Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete this)
·Enthusiastic attitude towards inspiring children
The Role
·Pay: £60-£80 a day
·Location: Southwark, London
·Position: Training Teaching assistant
·Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-4pm (Flexible)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
