Protocol Education are working with a thriving, innovative and stimulating Primary School based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The school are looking to recruit a Literacy Specialist who can help to improve writing and reading standards across both KS1 and KS2. This will involve working both 1:1 with pupils and running small group work to ensure effective student learning.
They are looking for somebody who is confident, caring and enthusiastic. Somebody who has had similar experience or is confident running literacy group work and lessons, or graduates with strong Literacy skills who are looking for their first role in education.
