This forward thinking and innovative school are seeking a hard-working and imaginative Learning Support Assistant to deliver Interventions to small groups of students and individuals in Early Years and Key Stage 1 focusing on Phonics. Situated minutes from Highbury and Islington station allows great access to transport links from all corners of London.

The role will involve working with small groups and individuals focusing on core subjects, you will work alongside the class teachers mainly with students in Year 1 and Year 2.

You must have;

•Excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum and Year 2 SATs
•Completed Jolly Phonics Training
•Consistently high expectations of all pupils
•Outstanding team work

•Positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues
•Creative and flexible approaches to teaching
•Excellent behaviour management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
