Protocol Education is pleased to be recruiting for a special educational needs teaching assistant, at an all through specialist school in Greenwich. The school caters for the needs of pupils with a wide range of Learning Difficulties, aged 2 -16. The school is looking for a learning support assistant aiming to provide happy, stimulating and safe learning support where pupils are positively encouraged to engage in their learning. Teachers within the school are exceptional practitioners, that ensure children are given the best opportunities to thrive and become independent.

The role requires a confident LSA, one with experience working in SEND would be preferred, however it is not essential. The school requires staff to empower pupils to overcome their challenges and take an active role in managing their needs. As an LSA your responsibility will be to facilitate the growth of independence and the achievement of every pupil's potential.

What do I need to apply?
·Experience caring for vulnerable individuals.
·Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to complete this).
·Enthusiastic attitude towards inspiring children.

The Role:
Pay: £60-£80 a day.
Location: London Borough of Greenwich.
Position: Learning support Assistant.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-4pm (can be flexible for the right applicant)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
