Are you a Nursery Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity within a well-established company in order to enhance your career?

Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • To lead, inspire and manage staff to achieve and maintain consistently high standards of care and education
  • To effectively lead and manage recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to staff
  • To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are implemented and adhered to at all time and engage and fully utilise internal and local authority support networks to improve quality in the setting
  • To ensure the setting communicate effectively and using the resources and tools available with parents, external agencies and directors

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
  • NNEB, CACHE LEVEL 3 OR NVQ LEVEL 3
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • Knowledge of OFSTED standards
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Operational people management skills
  • Knowledge and understand of equal opportunities / SENCO
  • Previous relevant experience in senior or regional nursery management
  • A proven track record in attaining Good or Outstanding OFSTED results under your direct management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
