SEMH Behavioural Support Assistant

Are you nurturing, empowering and ready to inspire children who may have already given up on their futures at such a young age?

Are you a compassionate individual with empathy and patience? Do you have a willingness to make a change with a positive can-do attitude?

Although it's desired, but not essential do you have experience working with SEND?

Are you comfortable dealing with issues amongst young people such as temper tantrums, frustration, anxiety, self-harm and drug abuse?

We are looking for a positive role model to help inspire these young people to overcome the obstacles they are currently encountering in their lives so far.

These young people have a lot of energy and unfortunately it isn't always for the best, so we are seeking individuals to help channel that energy into positive outcomes as well as igniting their aspirations.


Duties

·Supporting Students with Personal Care
·Interventions
·Assessing & Monitoring Students Academic Progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
