One of our leading special needs schools based in Redhill, Surrey, are currently looking for a committed, passionate and enduring individual to join their team of learning support assistants.

The school provides education for teenage girls aged from 11 to 18 who have additional needs, within a private environment. It is a small, specialist school whereby the girls have emotional difficulties, attachment difficulties, and challenging behaviour. Due to the needs of the girls, experience of working in a special needs setting is preferred, but not essential.

The Role:
-Working on a 1:1 and small group basis with the students
-Being able to work from 8:14am to 4pm, 5 days a week
-Assisting the girls with their day to day activities and challenges

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the update service
-A full UK Driving License and access to a car due to the location of the school
-A passion for working in special needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
