Protocol Education are working alongside mainstream Primary Schools based in Borehamwood and surrounding areas to help recruit for support staff to lead numeracy interventions and small group work.
The aim of the job is to deliver numeracy interventions in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, to ensure effective student learning in the subject and to achieve excellent results for the students. Someone who has had this experience before or as a learning mentor and is confident running literacy group work and lessons would be preferred, or graduates with a suitable Maths or Statistics related degree.
The positions available are flexible and we can offer both full and part time. Good Behaviour Management skills are also desired.
