We are currently recruiting a number of SEN Learning Support Assistants to support a range of Children with additional needs such as ASD, for a large three-form entry nursery and primary academy close to the richly diverse and welcoming community of Hayes in West London.

The school benefits from a wealth of expertise, sharing of good practice and high quality training for all their staff.
In order to be successful you will have experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within the SEN Team with demonstrable experience of providing 1:1 support to children with ASD.

We are looking for people who not only have experience but have a caring, patient, self-motivated attitude to work as it is essential that you are able to build positive relationships and be able to take initiative.

You will be working alongside the Class Teachers and the SENco, providing this specialist support to ensure that these children are able to access learning to the highest standards, ensuring that no child is left behind.

The working hours are 8:30-4 Monday- Friday and you will need to be able to interview/trial for an immediate start, ideally you will have a DBS registered to the online update service and must be able to provide most recent employment references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
