We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual, with a passion for special needs and support work. The main purpose of the role will be to provide children and their families with the support and services they need to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Our school put the welfare and education of children as their main priority, seeking to provide each child with equal opportunities to learn and develop new skills. They have an independent and flexible approach to meet the needs of children and their families, supplying them with the necessary guidance, in order to promote stability and progress. As a special needs support worker an important part of the role is to build professional relationships with children and their families, think out the box, be adaptable and dependable whilst providing a safe environment for all.

The Role:
·SEN Support Worker.
•Start Date, October 2019.
•Full time, Monday - Friday.
•Salary £60 - 80 per day.
•The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

Requirements:
•Relevant experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
•Capable of dealing with challenging behaviour.
•Able to provide 2 relevant references.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
