At Protocol Education we work closely with secondary schools across Harrogate and North Leeds. Applicants should pride their selves with honesty, creative and positive energy for this rewarding role.

We would like to hear from applicants who have experience working with young people, ideally in a classroom setting, and understand the importance of differentiating for students' individual needs. Experience with SEN children would also be advantageous as you will need to be resilient and really understand how each child can progress and succeed through the correct scaffolding.
The post holder will work closely with all other members of the teaching assistant team to promote high quality values of inclusion and learning opportunities. You will work closely with the teachers and from time to time you will be asked to cover the class when the teacher is out. • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have confidence in working with standard ICT packages.
• Work well in a team environment
• Hold superb behaviour management
