Higher Level Teaching Assistant
I am recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a long term assignment at an ofsted graded 'outstanding' primary school. This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity for candidates to become fully involved in whole class teaching. We are looking for people who are confident in their abilities, to deliver learning and have impact on all pupils.

A HLTA primarily will be covering PPA and release time for teachers or supporting teaching and learning across the school.

We are looking for someone with:
A positive outlook who is able to ensure the children are at the heart of all your actions
A passion for empowering children to reach their maximum potential
Has experience of working with children with additional or special needs
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages and a working knowledge of Apple systems.
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team
Ability to work in a highly pressured environment to meet demands and deadlines
Willingness to work flexibly

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
