We are looking for qualified practitioners (Level 3 or above) to join our friendly baby room team and Toddler room team.
You must have experience working with babies aged 6 months - 18 months or toddlers from 2-3-year olds.

Responsibilities:
• To work as part of a team in one of our four learning rooms
• To effectively plan and carryout stimulating and purposeful activities, meeting the individual needs of the children in your care
• To provide a safe and secure learning environment which nurtures and safeguard the children

Requirements of Nursery Nurse Level 3 role:
• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (applicants currently working towards level 3 will also be considered)
• Full Time Monday- Friday(40 hours per week)
• Understanding of play based approach to children's learning and development
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Excellent knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, The Prevent Duty and current Early Years Legislation
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Good timekeeping and organisational skills
• An enthusiastic, flexible, can do attitude

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
